ADomestic shipping is free of charge.

A: Pre-order items and in-stock items will be delivered separately. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please purchase them separately.

AWe use Yamato Express and cannot accept requests for specific delivery companies.

A: We usually ship within 5 business days after receiving your order. For pre-order items, please check the display for each item. *The above does not apply if transportation is disrupted due to weather or other factors.
*We expect that there will be congestion on delivery routes during certain events. We also ask for your understanding in the event that there are temporary cases of increased luggage volume.

You can check the delivery status using the tracking URL included in the shipping notification email we send you after shipping .

AThe delivery note that will be included with the product when it is shipped will serve as your receipt.
Returns and Exchanges

A: We take every precaution to ensure that products are delivered in perfect condition, but if the product you receive is dirty or damaged, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us using this form within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly exchange the product. If we are unable to arrange a replacement, we will refund your purchase. Please note that even in this case, we cannot accept exchanges for the following products:
・Products that have been received more than 7 days ago ・Products that have been used, remodeled, or cleaned ・Products that have become dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession ・Products that are significantly different in condition at the time of return from when they were delivered (including the box and accessories)
・Other items not eligible for return
